     So I've had this floral high waisted skirt forEVER and I must say that this is a MUST for the season. Florals are in BABYY weather you like it or not, I just happen to love prints. This skirt can be dressed up (like today) or down. For todays look I pared this with a royal blue top and a statement piece. This is a perfect night time look when hitting the city with your girlfriends...;)
